How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to dispatch online orders within 3 working days. Packages are sent via NZPost with tracking numbers, so you'll be able to track progress of your shipment once it leaves our studio.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We can ship internationally to many destinations, subject to rules around the import of timber into your country. Drop us a line to enquire about whether it is possible, approximate costs and timeframes.  

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you aren't happy with your pet pot, please get in contact to arrange for return and a replacement or refund.
